Pedestrian & PIP

If you were a pedestrian, meaning walking or jogging, and an automobile caused you to suffer injuries, the PIP or Person Injury Protection coverage of the automobile that caused your injury will provide coverage for your medical bills. The minimum coverage required by law is $10,000. If you have UM and/or UIM, these policy may provide compensation for your injury which is different than payment of your medical bills.
